Gagnon Walker Domes Ltd. provided planning consulting services to Royalcliff Developments Inc., including expert witness testimony at the Ontario Land Tribunal in connection with a mixed-use, master planned community in the Villages of Heart Lake in the City of Brampton.

The master planned community contemplated 792 residential units in 5 high-rise residential/mixed use buildings ranging from 12 to 20 storeys in height along with a 7-storey office building abutting Heart Lake Transit Terminal.

The Master Plan provided a large central parkette with connections to the Etobicoke Creek Valley/Loafers Lake.
