Gagnon Walker Domes Ltd. provided planning consulting services to Royalcliff Homes, including expert witness testimony at the Ontario Land Tribunal, in connection with a mid-rise master planned development in Heart Lake Town Centre in the City of Brampton. 

The new master planned infill community advanced the development of 607 low-rise apartment and stacked, back-to-back townhouse dwellings, integrated open spaces and conveyance for the expansion of the Etobicoke Creek/Loafers Lake trail system.
