Gagnon Walker Domes Ltd. provides planning consulting and project management services and expert witness testimony for the Heritage Heights Landowners Group, in connection with the addition of the 1,580 hectares (3,904 acres) Heritage Heights Secondary Plan Area into the City of Brampton Urban Boundary.

Project management and planning consulting services include assisting in the preparation and review of a detailed Secondary Plan, which includes a full spectrum of technical background studies which will culminate in the preparation of associated Precinct Plans and Plans of Subdivision/Site Plans. 

Heritage Heights is an ambitious master planned community in one of Brampton’s last remaining greenfield areas. The community is planned to accommodate a broad range of residential (including high-density mixed-use development), commercial and institutional land uses, an open space and natural heritage system. A major transit station for the community is centered around a wellness district.
