Gagnon Walker Domes Ltd. provided planning consulting services to Saberwood Homes, including expert witness testimony at the Ontario Land Tribunal, in connection with an infill townhouse community in the City of Brampton located adjacent to Turnberry Golf Course, White Spruce Park and Provincially Significant Wetland features within the former Brampton Esker.
The Master Plan community advanced the development of 349 townhouse dwelling units with two (2) new public roadways, condominium laneways and outdoor amenity spaces. Approximately 0.76 ha (1.88 acres) of land abutting Turnberry Golf Course and White Spruce Park was dedicated to the City as public parkland, which features multi-use trail connections to surrounding communities.
