Gagnon Walker Domes Ltd. provides planning consulting services to Manga Hotels Inc. in connection with the proposed development of one (1) 14-storey Hyatt House Hotel at the intersection of Dixon Road and Carlingview Drive in the City of Toronto.

The development is strategically located in close proximity of Provincial Highway 427 and Lester B. Pearson International Airport. The proposed hotel will intensify the property, which is currently developed with a 16-storey “DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Airport” along with a connected “Turtle Jacks” restaurant. The Hyatt House Hotel intensification project is proposed to be developed in the place of the large surface parking lot in the rear of the property.

Overall, the development proposal contemplates the delivery of an additional 182 hotel units to the site, with exclusive hotel amenities at grade.
