Gagnon Walker Domes Ltd. provided planning consulting services to JM Hospitality Inc. in connection with the development of a 7-storey, 220 suite Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites combo hotel in the City of Brampton.
The development is located along Highway 410 at Steeles Avenue East. The development’s visual prominence at the highway interchange enhances the vitality of the surrounding Employment Area while serving the community.
The development showcases the Hilton brand’s latest upscale building design. A common podium connects two separate hotel towers and facilitates various amenities including a gym, restaurant, meeting space and swimming pool.
