Gagnon Walker Domes Ltd. provided planning consulting services to Suncity Developments Ltd. in connection with the future development of one (1) 6-storey Fairfield Inn and one (1) Banquet Hall at Salem Road and Highway 401 in the Town of Ajax.

The development provides multiple land uses with a superior level of architectural design, reflective of the site’s location within a municipal gateway. The development also accommodates a multi-purpose trail in the south limit of the site, which will ultimately facilitate a public connection between Beck Crescent and the vast open space to the east.

The development is the first phase of a multi-phased development, with approximately 0.69 hectares (1.70 acres) of the property reserved for future development. Overall, the first phase of the development provide a 3,500 m2 (37,700 ft2) Banquet Hall and 120 hotel suites, together with a joint parking lot.
