Gagnon Walker Domes Ltd. provided planning consulting services to Suncity Developments Inc. in connection with the Registration of a 11.28 hectare (27.87 acres) Plan of Subdivision at the intersection of Rossland Road East and Salem Road North in the Town of Ajax.
More recently, Gagnon Walker Domes Ltd. provided services in connection with the conversion of a 3.84 hectares (9.84 acres) development block within the Plan of Subdivision to permit high density mixed-use development.
Overall, the master plan contemplates a combined total of 726 full time equivalent jobs and 800 residential dwellings in single to mixed-use buildings up to 25 stories in height.
